Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Status: Full-Time
Reports To: Department Director

Position Summary

SELF Incorporated, a partner of the Office of Homeless Services, is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position provides administrative support, maintains records, assists with office communications, and serves as a point of contact for internal contacts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
· Prepare and maintain office records, files, and documentation.
· Support office projects and special assignments as needed.
· Process incoming and outgoing mail.
· Order and maintain office supplies.
· Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.
· Perform general administrative duties to support department operations.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Education

· High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

· One (1-2) year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
